Struggling with Mental Health: Need Help Getting Tested for BPD

i've been trying to convince my mom to get me a bpd test but i think shes ignoring me. i wrote an entire essay about it. i don't know why she won't just take me, my anger issues have been getting out of hand and my depression is hitting it's lowest. i don't know what to do

If you are 18+ and have control of your health care you don't need permission from her. I'm sorry she isn't listening to you and you can message me if you just need to rant. Good luck ❤️

Also I think it’s crazy that parents don’t take their kids in for evaluation even when it’s recommended. Kids have to take a physical exam for school. Kids should have to take a mental exam too.

Talk to a school counselor or nurse. Maybe they can help you find resources!

If you’re over 18 you don’t need your parents permission (in the US at least) Your own health is your number 1 priority. I hope you can get whatever help you need!
