First post! Found this app through Instagram and thought id give it a shot. I’m ‘Sone’ and in 2017-first half of 2018, i was in the greatest condition of my life, i was constantly working out, eating good, and had mental clarity I haven’t been able to reach since. A poor choice of relationships, diminished my health in such a way that it is still affecting me today. I am depressed, constantly anxious, either eat too little, or too much, no job, constantly tired, my arms, wrists, and neck has became very skinny. My body feels like it’s falling apart, im sore from nothing, my chest hurts, and my back hurts (Im 23). To ease some of my symptoms, I regularly smoke weed (you may see this as good or bad) and occasionally do psychedelic antidotes. Anyone share things in common?

Yeah most of it. Tbh if you're having trouble with food the best thing I did to deal with that was make a food I like in regular proportions, smoke weed that gives me the munchies, and then eat my meal and snack on something small like sunflower seeds while I wait for 20 minutes to see if I'm full or not. This helps with self control, portioning, and being able to eat and keep food down.
