it's effecting my life I've tried mess. therapy counseling. grounding. yoga meditation nothing works. I can't leave my house. I went inpatient before. idk what to do

Hello I am new here. I also have a problem but it's going anywhere alone. Even driving alone , shopping and going to new places . Not to mention I hate eating out in public. I'm kind of stuck at home . I have to try to start working on driving atleast to the end of the street. It will be tough for me . I hate large places it's not easy going into a mall and I avoid it not to mention the grocery store. I also have to have the keys in my hand to the car when I go in somewhere incase I have anxiety and need to flee the store. I want to know I can get in my car. My phone helps me feel secure to have with me when I have to go in to a place alone. Some days are better than others . I wonder how you are doing . I'm glad I found someone with my same problem although they may not be entirely the same. I have slot if fears if being alone .Even outside but akine at home. It is paralysing. I'm struggling now more than I ever have . Covid didn't help the mask getting sick being quarantined Being in sets me back. The more I practice doing things the more familiar and comfortable I get to a situation but my anxiety keeps me from doing things that I need to that could help my fears of being alone or that I will have panick somewhere that I can't get to away from people anr out of the place I'm in. In even afraid I won't be able to get back home. Basically that is why I don't drive alone . I told you lol I just can't believe I found this app and found someone struggling similar to me. I'm in therapy and it is virtual. I love it because I don't have to leave the house and drive

@NB9 That's what I've been doing, all my therapy and almost all my medical appointments are virtual. I love it.
Do you have agoraphobia (fear of leaving the house)? Do you want to try finding an online councilor so that you can get help without having to leave the house?
