Hi all! I just joined this app because I think it's a really good concept. If anyone has any tips for starting out, it would be much appreciated! Here's a bit about me: I started struggling with anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder at 13. I'm now 18 and still struggling. I was diagnosed with autism last year. I've been through many treatments, including: hospitalization, residential, inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, group therapy, and counseling. Currently seeing a counselor weekly and trying to find additional services for my autism (such as OT or ABA) as well as possibly some medication management.
