Struggling with Mental Health and Addiction

Hi there, Just created my profile and not really sure what to write. Not easy discussing ailments about yourself. Just to hit it off I suffer with ptsd, anxiety, pain depression, high blood pressure and also with skin breakouts. Oh I’m also wanting to conceive I’m struggling to cope with it all at the moment. It’s not something I find easy discussing with friends or family. I open up mostly with my partner which is very supportive but I sometimes find it hard to understand how he can even love me. I rarely go out unless it’s vital, and 99% of the time I have family or partner with me. I tend to find myself coping through bad habits such as drug addiction which is very hard to admit to myself but it’s true. The time to change is now and with the new year less than 2 week ago there is no better time to do so!
