Struggling with Mental Exhaustion and Fatigue
G'mornin alikers family. I've been offline for a bit and just struggling so much. I'm not feeling myself, fatigued and mentally exhausted. The holidays were hard to maneuver. I'm having quite a difficult time adjusting. I have an appointment Friday to talk to my Dr but am going through so much pollution in my mind I sometimes feel I can't see straight.
