I let my brain do what it wants when it wants to. Fighting my brain DOES NOT work at all. Sometimes I have to bargain a bit, sometimes I just loose. I also fine certain times of the day I focus on different tasks better. Creating a routine for tasks that by brain like helps. And ofc deadline anxiety, but that’s not really healthy.

I don't think straight, I think 🌈gayyy🌈 with and without the meds but I'm a big hot gay mess without em and a smol hot gay mess with em so I consider that a win

I find music to help, I have multiple playlist to match my mood at the time, but my go to is my classical playlist. Try using a white or background noise.

Only meds! A lot of meds! Everything else is pretty much bullshit.

I have 2 solutions for when I don’t have my meds: caffeine and working out. Besides that… I either take my pill, or don’t have the mental capacity to do useful shit 🤷🏼‍♂️

something that helps me is creating a to-do list, i put the more urgent things and quick tasks first and the longer tasks and ones that aren't as urgent on the bottom of the list, also remember to give yourself breaks to prevent burnout

I just started on Adderall this week and even on it I can’t think straight for sh*t. I can get stuff done but I keep thinking what is wrong with me and how do I sort through this
