Struggling with Medication: What Works for You?

I was on an Ambien generic for about 8 years and then it stopped working. Before that I was in Restoril but that stopped working after about a year or so. Now I’m on Trazadone which sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.

I'm assuming you've tried trazadone and seroquel? Vistaril/Atarax can help especially if you have some anxiety before bed. Lunesta has a lower habit forming rate. Don't stay too long on things like restoril or Xanax, those can be addictive. Of course I also recommend adding olly's sleep gummies with whatever you're taking.
