I can relate. My ADHD needs had my appetite curved. I would bird eat and be full that was not normal. I suggest you put yourself on a liquid diet just to make sure your body is still getting the needed substance and nutrients. Get you some boost or ensure dear and drink 2-3 a day if you can stomach it just to keep your weight up and so you don't become to depleted of vitamins and minerals. However since you can't stomach a solid diet get you some chicken broth, any soups will do you good as well. I wish the best for you dear and a speedy recovery. 💕🙏 we have to figure out what goes hand in hand and go from there.

I am currently struggling with the same thing. The biggest help I have is people who tell me to eat and make me feel good about eating. It may be hard for a lot of people to understand, but those who really care about you will.

Hi, Zeah. I'm sorry to hear you're having such a hard time. I've struggled similarly, and what was just a lack of appetite at first spiraled quickly into an eating disorder. If your body isn't sending hunger cues right now, you have to prioritize eating consciously, at least twice a day. There are totally foods that are easier for lack of appetite! I'm happy to share if you want to message me. And please, please make sure you're drinking water. All this will help you remember to take your meds regularly and be more capable in your studies.

Just because your brain is saying you're not hungry doesnt mean youre not hungry. Still eat even if you aren't hungry at normal mealtimes, even if you dont think you need to.
