I suggest taking a multivitamin to give the body the basics to function. Omega 3 helps with my mental clarity. Ginseng root is a natural stimulant without the jitters. I would avoid carbs and starches because that causes a lot of inflammation in the body that causes lethargy. Inflammation prevents the body from absorbing nutrients. Whether you know you have gut inflammation or not, I suggest going on an anti-inflammatory diet.

I have multiple compounding chronic conditions, one of which being Ehlers-Danlos, of course. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia, & a few others which KEEP ME EXHAUSTED! That being said, not much does ANYTHING in the way of helping my fatigue. But, I started taking Spurilina (a blue/green algae) & it works wonders for me! I take the green tablet form, and/or blue powder (blue gives more energy) & neither makes me jitterbug, or crash! I 🙏🏽 this is helpful. Lord bless you. ✝️💯🫂🕊️🙏🏽🫶🏽❤️🔥🤗🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
@TINAMARIE85 Omg thank you!!! I will definitely look into that! And I'm also curious, how did you know you had fibromyalgia as well? I feel like I might have it but I got the diagnosis from a bad doctor so I don't know if it's accurate or not. The symptoms all seem to overlap! I can't really tell which is which, but I definitely have a lot of muscle tenderness and weakness

@OodlesOfNoodles that’s the problem with Fibro. There are soooooo many symptoms . And they all suck!
Iron, vitamin B complex, and electrolytes have all helped with my energy. It also helped that I found a provider (a naturopath) who actually listens to me, looks at things holistically, and wants to problem-solve.

One suggestion is to look into smoothies and multivitamins. You can add just about anything to a smoothie to get nutrients but if you're not ready for all that, a simple men's or women's multivitamin can go a long way. Another recommendation is meal kits as they provide the ingredients and recipe so you can try a new food and have the recipe if you want to prepare it again later. For supplements, taking a proper multivitamin every morning & a complete protein powder supplement could be beneficial. "Whey protein" is considered one of the best so try looking into that one. Also, getting blood work done to check levels of vitamins like B12 and D could be helpful.
