I've had Lyme since 2011. I'm disabled legally from it since 2012. I have some good days once in a while, but most of the time I can barely manage to take care of myself. I live alone. It's so very hard. I have had to beat depression, and build my mind strong. As bad as I feel, I count my blessings (family) and keep smiling. Hard at first, but it gets easier. If you really want to know more about other severe affects, I will share more. Earlier in my illness, I got very depressed reading all the symptom possibilities. Sometimes it's best to take them as they arrive.

Sometimes I think I'm not gonna make it, but the day happens anyway. With the right mindset, I use this as inspiration to do things that are at the top of my list of importance
