Life is hard, take a break, be kind to yourself. Imagine your friend was in this situation, what would you say to them? Push through it? Or don't be too hard on yourself? Life is a really hard journey, sometimes we just need to stop for a minute and do something for ourselves. So do something for you. Take a walk, eat a favorite food, stare out the window, read a chapter of the book you've been eyeing, just cry and let it all out, watch a movie that you've seen 1000 times. Whatever it is just do something just for you. Even if you don't feel how you're "supposed to feel" grant yourself grace to just be. It'll be okay, take it one day, one hour, one minute at a time, whatever you need. Remember sometimes to take a break for yourself so you can enjoy the journey. If you're having trouble taking a break because you feel as if you must press on, there are a lot of studies that show that taking breaks helps us be more productive overall. Sending good vibes and positive energy. Hope you can take a moment for yourself today.

GM I get like that sometimes. It's hard. You have to keep pushing yourself. Try meditation.
