Struggling so hard these days, currently on 1yr 9mo of no more than 5hrs sleep a night, and getting that sleep between 3/4am and noon. And no help from anyone πŸ™„ any suggestions on home remedies for sleep?πŸ˜… I would try melatonin but can't buy it (legally) here in the UK

      I would definitely see a doctor if you can. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy therapy has been really helpful for me lately. Melatonin is also not the only thing you can take for sleep, I personally dont like it but some people take small doses of benadryl, and if you have adhd counterintuitively coffee can sometimes help.
