Struggling with Infertility: Seeking Advice and Support

I have been infertile for 4, almost 5 years, now. The doctors never understood why, though. I do have endometriosis, PCOS, and interstitial Cystitis, but they believe my cases aren't urgent enough to cause infertility. My blood work always comes back amazing, my ultrasounds look great, etc. But no pregnancy yet. I finally went to a women's center who specializes in my health issues. They believe it has to do with my tubes. So, I go to do a clean out surgery in about 2 months. But I am lost emotionally.. Should I have hope this time it will work? Is another surgery worth it? My partner doesn't believe it will ever happen, though if it does, it does. Any tips? Notes? Stories? etc?

My #1 question is have you ever had excision? And #2 do they use excision as the method of removal for endo? If it truly is endo blocking the tubes, then removing it correctly could help, however it needs to be removed properly

Have they ever mentioned a possibility of adenomyosis? This can occur with endo and can also have an impact on fertility. Might be worth asking about

Pelvic congestion syndrome causes infertility, not sure if you've ever looked into it but a simple vein procedure can possibly help
