Struggling with Imposter Syndrome and Neurodivergence

I get imposter syndrome really fast and easy. It can take over my whole day, especially when it comes to my potential autism. The hardest part is when I don’t relate to something someone who is autistic does, which I know is absolutely wrong and might stem from the stereotypes we were taught as kids and maybe its because I am neurodivergent and just struggle with imposter syndrome. I constantly feel like I’m faking, which is so weird because I’m just more aware of my behaviors and things. I also get imposter syndrome about my EDS, like oh my god am I faking that pain?? Especially when someone accidentally hurts me physically and it really does hurt but to them that same thing doesnt hurt them and they go “that didnt hurt!”. Everything about me seems to be more sensitive than others. I don’t have a good pain tolerance, it is quite low, i notice every small difference in how my body feels and it bites me in the butt when around other physically abled people. Sometimes I even feel very different in the neurodivergent community but then again it is a spectrum so that happens, but I also find things to relate to. I have researched these things inside and out if I can find them so I am not just going based off of small things I can promise that. However it still feels a little invalidating sometimes. I’m hoping someone else can relate, because I swear I feel like a fake almost everyday especially when around people who really just don’t get it.
