I'm not sure what to say here other than my brain keeps fluctuating between the fact that I know I have it, vs. imposter syndrome telling me I'm just being dramatic.... :/ it sucks because I know I'm not faking it or being dramatic, but my brain always tells me otherwise and is mean to me. Any advice on how to cope?

      I do 100% deal with this a lot of the time because I feel like I don't even know who I am. I personally have a hard time telling when I feel "normal". I try to keep up with it by asking close friends, my partner, or mom (those who have at least seen all of my moods) how I normally behave and try to figure things out based off of their info.

      Imposter Syndrome is unfortunately a large part of bipolar disorder. When you are having a mood episode, it's just obvious you have it. But when you're stable and not having any symptoms, it can easily seem like what you experienced was all made up in your head since you can't really relate to it anymore.

        @Dexxy yeah, I'm realizing that.. :(

      I am the exact same way, I just got diagnosed and I'm so convinced it was a mistake and I'm a faker but everything, all the symptoms make sense

        @cometbites I'm both glad and sad that I'm not the only one.
