I have been prescribed some tablets called Alverine Citrate. They are used maiy for spasms. What happens in my case is the anxiety and anxiousness of having to go on long journeys. Particularly when I don't know if there are any public toilets on the way. I often find myself going several times before relaxing to attempt a long journey. Of course, on the way I may have to stop. I try to distract myself sometimes by playing games or trying to close my eyes and think of other things if I'm on a bus or coach etc. Bus journeys are the worst for me in a morning as I am up v early and there are no places to go if need be so most of the time I have to take taxis which is expensive.

My journey is kind of a build up of symptoms that come from multiple areas. I have adhesions from an early surgery and apparently I am prone to them. They were relieved once at age 36. Only lasted a while. Also, having an inflammatory disorder and or ibs, my morning ritual begins with bathroom at 6 ish. If I’m lucky not to much cramping throughout the am is optimal but not the case 1/2 the time. The visits to bathroom are mostly frequent. You will get over the visitor bathroom phobia! I have to take miralax or it would be unbearable and constipated. I also have to plan my days by how I feel. Work is hard to time out because of the urgency. Little stress goes a long way! Mostly afternoons are good. As well as evening. Don’t eat to much at one seating. Vaping a bit of thc will relieve a lot of the uncomfortableness. Try it.

Not tried the but then I don't smoke. Is there another way to take it? I am currently on Averine Citrate. Take it 3 times a day on the highest dosage for stomach spasms. Am hoping this will help somewhat

yes. I don’t know where you are from but in ct you can buy it legal from dispensary. Get gummy’s. They have cbd and thc content. I tried the cbd only and had moderate success with that alone. Legal everywhere.
