Hey I just downloaded this app yesterday I have IBS and Celiacs disease. I was just recently diagnosed with it and in in the struggle bus. I've lost a total of 30 pounds while the doctor was trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Any tips or tricks of any kind would be appreciated. ❤️
