After doing many tests to find out why I was having GI issues my doctor diagnosed my with IBS as a last resort. After talking to my therapist we’ve come to the conclusion that my symptoms are a result of my anxiety and past traumas. Now that I know this I’ve been stuck on how to relieve this symptoms.
