Struggling with Hoarding and ADHD

Hi, I am from Germany, but live in the States now. I am a diagnosed Hoarder - no, not the last status you know from TV shows, but that would be what happens if I would not address it and end up alone with 60+... 😪 I have been in therapy two times before and between my two boys. Currently pregnant with our third baby (girl? boy?). (Surprisingly my Hashimoto Thyroiditis doesn't keep me away from being fertile and conceiving! 😍) Luckily I have my wonderful accepting husband, otherwise I would not have been courageous enough to even have children. 😕 I absolutely love my kids, but I definitely made clear to my husband that if we separate one day for whatever reason that HE needs to take main care of them. 😔 It is hard to even imagine that, but it would be the best for my kids then... Because I am afraid that I get overwhelmed with everything and my house gets messie and filthy and that I yell at the kids and don't take proper care of food and everything if I get to the paralyzing status... 😭 As far as from now I am in a pretty good Hoarder state and haven't had depressive phases or meltdowns since a looong time (thanks to Vitamin D!!!), but I struggle with everyday things AND I am really sure the ADAH (a befriended doctor diagnosed me with) is the main reason for all of my struggles that even lead to the hoarding... Second reason is the raising of my dad who made some crazy mindsets up that I still have... Sadly Hoarding is not a topic here, so I hope one of two of you open up about having struggles that way as well, so we can talk about strategies... Thank you in advance! ♥️
