Hey, what's going on?

Roadrage, I know the feeling. There's not enough room, here,to tell my issues.Most Drs I see,for the first time,say," You're sure on a lot of meds!!" No joke..I'm sorry,I'm just having a rough day.Theres a reason for everything I take. Most is on my profile. Between my health and my husband's (liver cancer),some days,like today,I feel like I'm loosing it,but have to be strong for him. I have my faith and I know others are praying for us. I ran into some friends I hadn't seen in a few years,and it was good to see them,so,that helped.Keep your head up and,know that others care.Thats what this site is about.We can talk about our issues and know others understand what we're talking about and know how we feel.

have chronic pain from my neck 2 my feet. Literally not 1 place on my place on my body that doesn't hurt. Type 2 diabetes. Chronic fatigue syndrome. Major depression. Anxiety/panic attacks.Bi polar(the mean kind)and ptsd

I'm no therapist, nor will I say that I know exactly what you are going through. We all have our different walks of life. However, I could imagine it sucks. I am 50 y/o and have been contemplating suicide since I was 9 (literally. No juke there). My faith keeps me going. So does social media, my job, and just keeping my mind occupied and off the bad thoughts. I would love to chat with you more if it's okay. Send me a message and lmk. Stay safe and look up. You know… I struggle with this too… I have literally had doctors walk in for the first visit and say “wow you’re in a lot of meds for a young person”. But I need them. They help me to live normally. Understand that no matter what anyone else thinks, you are just as important as anyone else! Being broken is okay. Needing meds is okay. Needing help is okay. Accepting that you can’t do everything alone is okay! You are not any less of a wonderful person just because of ailments. In fact, I’d argue that it makes you stronger and more wonderful for dealing with it everyday

My magic concoction that works is Cymbalta, Wellbutrin, Gabapentin, and xanax. If I’m feeling horrible, I take a bath with Epsom salts. I’m also on hydrocodone but those other meds help so much I might get off that. Some people I’ve talked to use Butrans patch and say it has helped their pain so much that they’ve never felt better. Kids definitely help your mood, so it’s good your 8yr old son is there. Getting away from the house helps but is sometimes hard to do. I don’t know what it’s like to have diabetes but I’m sure it must be a rollercoaster.

The pandemic prepared me for what I'm dealing with now,as far as, having to be home more. A friend says I'm a " Social Butterfly". The first two weeks of covid shutdown about drove me batty. I had to find things to do,as others did too,but now,with hubby declining and not feeling like getting out,I dread going out alone, just to run errands, because I can't walk far and have to park,hope there's an electric cart available,shop,check out myself,most of the time now,then reverse actions just to get back home.Wears me out. I'm trying not to let depression get hold of me.My hubby wouldn't open a drape all day if I didn't.Hes always been that way.You'd have to know his past to know why. Lived at home with dad and step mom til he married me at 40. They lived a very secluded life Never opened a window.Ugh.Let the sunshine in. I did get him out for awhile this afternoon to get some rays...I could go on forever,as long as someone listens .lol.. I'm glad I found you all!!!
