I’ve had a super shitty week. I started doing more of my job since training is done and was barely eating. the first three days of the week, I felt extremely tired, my migraines were much more severe than they usually are and I could hardly walk. I assumed for my migraine pain, it was my blood stabilizer so I stopped taking that and then forgot about propranolol so I ended up going to the ER on Thursday. I was really shaky and even tripping when a nurse was walking me to the bathroom. my head felt really intense kinda like a tension headache but felt stronger. I found out that m electrolytes were down and they gave me liquid IV and something for nausea. does anyone do liquid IV? is it super expensive, does it help? I try to do Gatorade but my other illnesses don’t like sugar so I try to avoid that. I can’t do salt packs because they make me sick so I have to physically dump salt out and eat it or use it on pizza rolls 😂 I don’t ever want to feel like this again
