Gained type 2 diabetes, changed antidepressants because of it, (never knew diabetes could affect your entire life. separate from each other I have lost my job to redundancy, losing my house of 10 years due to owners selling up, losing my family, lost my support network due to mental illness, taking gigantic leaps backwards in the years of efforts I've put towards bettering my mental and physical health. I'm just a mess and I'm getting worse by the day.
