      Something I do is do something that makes you feel better. Accomplishing something, especially done well displaying your skill, can help you feel better. There may be something that only you can offer. A talent that is yours alone. Does that make sense?

      I’ve been taking my depression more seriously for the first time in 15 years by doing a residential mental health program, followed up by a month in partial hospitalization. Higher levels of care may not be for everyone, but it’s something to consider if you’re struggling. 💜 I’m cheering you on.
