Struggling with Grief on Mom's Birthday

So sorry for your loss. My mother has been gone for 17 years now and the holidays make me miss her every time. Last Christmas I had to put my kitty to sleep on Christmas Eve. This year I feel like I'm grieving the loss all over again. Be kind to yourself. I hope that there is someone in your life that you can talk to about your feelings. It doesn't make it go away but it does make it easier.
