Struggling with Frequent Urination at Night

Even with my prescribed medication I am still getting up every 2-3 hours to urinate. Stop drinking water early has not stopped the urgency only to cause cramps in my legs. I haven't had a uninterrupted night sleep in over 5 years.

Went “The Peoples Chemist”. Expensive but pure.

What is the best brand for saw palmetto in the market? Does anybody recommend any brand? Is it okay to use saw palmetto and flomax at the same time?

Doc told me my prostate is about 70 grams. Not sure where that sits in BPH world.

Only I don’t take Rx. I take about 3500-5000 mg of Saw Palmetto each day…about 7-10 pills/day plus 2 pills/day of Prostate Pro. I eat a lot of Mazzeti’s tamed sliced jalapeños…Have to say, I get up 2/night no matter what because of habit, mostly 3-4 without jalapeños.

none of the herbal treatments have worked for me. I'm on 2 prescriptions to treat the enlarged prostate. Find it has improved the stream, but still have the urge to urinate every couple of hours.

I’m in the same boat. Urologist wants to do Greenlight laser to remove some of my prostate. Not happening at 64 yrs.

I'm 67 I haven't been given any options for a procedure that didn't carry more risks than solutions.
