Struggling with Food: Need Tips for Weight Loss

I've been struggling with food lately - on some days I barely eat anything, and on other days I eat too much. I've gained some weight and want to lose it. Any tips that might help?

Lemon tea helps loose weight and cutting off bread , you can’t loose weight by eating like crap and working out it won’t work like that you have to have a good diet and cut off things that make you gain weight , but also there’s nothing wrong with gaining weight I learned that Serotonin comes from you’re stomach so gaining weight could just mean happy weight
