Personally I sleep when I can even if it's not a "normal" schedule. And when I'm awake enough and physically able I'll do what I can. Even if it's just showering and eating it's a win šŸ˜Š

Can definitely relate... Chronic pain, fatigue and a heart condition here, among other issues. I'm unable to work and I receive disability benefits. Very fortunate that I have an understanding partner who helps when needed. I basically only have energy for a couple light chores at most and then I exercise when I'm able. I also take naps when needed. But I realize not everyone has these options.

Have you spoken to a doctor about this? It could be an indication of a chronic illness? I find it difficult to get anything done, it's a constant struggle and it's exhausting but knowing why I feel that way does help me manage it. If you haven't been diagnosed with anything my advice is to keep a list of things that you think are 'odd' for you or just feel off and go to the doctors if you can.

@lcplbubles I am so sorry to hear that. If you are already in the process of getting seen by a specialist then I don't think I can recommend anything else unfortunately. I would still say to keep the list! I really hope that you get answers soon

Frankly, I barely get anything done. I donā€™t have much advice, there. But I know how terrible it is to be physically exhausted all the time. I might suggest blood work to catch any abnormalities in your blood chemistry (anemia, abnormally shaped/sized cells, etc.). Or to see if perhaps you may have Sleep Apnea, which often makes people tired in the day because it hurts your sleep quality. Iā€™m sorry that doesnā€™t help much. I also wanted to say I think itā€™s pretty inappropriate for someone to claim that itā€™s ā€œjust anxiety.ā€

@tigershark98 thanks I would know if it was just anxiety but it's not

@Nitapooh I wish it was just anxiety I use to be able to do so much more even In the worst of situations
