Struggling with Fatigue

it’s so hard doing everything. I’m so so tired. I don’t know how to get my energy back

It's good to get proper sleep too and not be doing what I'm doing as the messing with the phone and dealing with the light that comes from the phone but I take a while to fall asleep anyway. But it's good to have a routine that whines a person down so they could relax to go to bed. Not be drinking caffeine before bed or having chocolate and stuff like that

Also playing with children it's a form of exercise

I've noticed too that sticking to a schedule and regular exercise help tremendously, even though they can be really hard to do when you're so fatigued

you know they have the show called sit and be fit and it's usually on channel 9 or 10 about 11:00 or 11:30 in the morning. It is for seniors usually to help them be mobile and not have their limbs get stiff. Something is better than nothing and even if you got up at commercial time to get something accomplished then that is a form of exercise. Some purposely get a pet so it would motivate them to go outside and walk them

That is sometimes part of the depression. But try to eat some protein that's healthy and it's supposed to help with depression and if you can walk a little bit even if the force it and they help perk you up
