I'm always tired. part of it is probably my medication and my weight gain. has anyone had success with exercise helping them with their energy levels even if you didnt lose weight. plateaued at 225. I've tried everything I can't get below that. and even with the help of my doctor and a dietitian we were unable to boost my metabolism essentially and I have exercised in the past to try to help me lose weight but I'm always so tired I just can't get through a full workout and I don't know if I'm just not sticking it out long enough to feel the benefits does anybody have any advice

Currently weigh 135 I've never been big but I've helped people lose weight When you don't feel like working out I say don't do it for the you now Or the you later Do it for those around you That want to see you succeed And for those who don't. Prove them wrong by pushing yourself to be the best you you can be
Has your doctor considered thyroid issues as being a contributing factor? Some things that have helped me: 1. Cut out wheat. Not just gluten, cut out the grain entirely. 2. Eliminate processed sugars. I'll be honest, this is harder than the wheat. Processed sugars are in EVERYTHING. After a while you will have withdrawls, from it and it really f'ing sucks, but once you get through that, the weight kind of just falls off. I lost 15 pounds my first month. Idk if this site let's us dm each other, but I'm happy to talk privately! š
@HottestAutist thyroid is good. I'll deff give it a try. Can't hurt !

@anotherbipolargirl i feel you, though. Weight fluctuations really mess with my self-worth.
