Tried exercising for 10 min/day, 4-5 days in a row. At first, it felt great, but on the last day, the inflammation and fatigue kicked in and I'm still trying to recover more than two weeks later. 🙄 Once I reach equilibrium, I'll try having more rest days between exercise days. It's frustrating, but I'm trying to stay positive and keep looking forward.
