Before I started taking meds (stimulants), I had to drink two cans of monster energy a day to function. Probably don’t take this as advice tho!

one trick that always helps me is counting to three and as soon as i get to three i have to do that task. it sounds silly but for some reason the counting really helps me get moving
Try getting up. Tell yourself you don't need to do anything, and if that turns out to be true, try not to agonise over it. Tell yourself that all you're doing it getting up and pacing a little. For me, de-hyping and removing importance from tasks makes them way easier to do, because a lot of executive dysfunction comes from "building stuff up". And movement is really, like stupid good for ADHD-- I know that sounds like the most neurotypical advice out there but I always find that pacing for like 10 minutes can snap me right out of that endless fog.
