Struggling with Emotional Eating and Weight Gain

I was never a snacker/late night snacker until I became depressed. even now I hate it but once my mind starts thinking about snacking it won't stop until I grab something. it's so annoying. I've gained alot of weight since getting sick (before the snacking kicked in) and I'm trying to lose it but this is NOT helping.

I love snacking on things like celery since it has a high water content and is very low in calories. I also like apples, carrots, and seeds that still have the shell like sunflower and pumpkin. Sometimes I just need something to chew on

Try lollipops that curb appetites, eggs, nuts, fruit, unsalted and unbuttered popcorn, or drink more water when you feel snacky

I'm a late night snacker too. I was just thinking about making sure I have healthy snacks available instead of junk

I don't think I was on bc at the time. Mine was from mobility restrictions. Although let the doctors tell it, I was just pigging out all the time which couldn't be further from the truth.
