Struggling with Dysphoria in My Thighs

Just had my testosterone dose upped, which is really nice! That’s my good part, haha. On the downside, I’m really struggling with my thigh shape/thickness/etc. Is there anything g y’all recommend to ease dysphoria in that specific area?

I might try to build some muscle at some point then as Im not really in a place I can lose weight, and I’ll rely more on my baggy clothes too! Thank you, everyone!

Ive always liked too big hoodies + tight jeans. If the hoodie goes past your thighs it gives the illusion that your legs go straight up. Losing a bunch of weight and then gaining it back is what actually changes your fat distribution while on T, which is difficult, but possible. Its what i did and my hips are so SMALL i used to hold all my weight in my hips and thighs and its all in my gut now. Gaining muscle is a big one as well. Thighs stay thick but it feels a lot more proportionate

And! finding pants that go to a point at your waist/hips that you like. I have this one pair of high waisted trousers that have a loose leg and it does wonders for my hip/thigh dysphoria

yeah, one downside of T is fat shifting around (tho over a few years you may get a more masc fat distribution) One thing I love is sorta long sweatshirts/hoodies, specifically zip ups. I have a few from Target that go to past my hips and it gives a more straight figure —especially if the zip is left open
