My depression symptoms have been at an all time low the past two days. I've been in a haze and unable to get out of bed. Tips on getting back to myself?

Since it’s that bad that you are not getting out of bed, I would definitely talk to someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. Let the sun shine in your room if you have a window, take a shower, wash your face and hands in cold water, put some uplifting music on. I’m here if you need to talk.

Know your feelings are real give yourself grace my therapist suggested to make like a bulletpoint list of things on your mind but only 3-4 words for each thing going in your mind for 3 minutes then stop. I know this next step is truly the hardest; trust me I know; is making yourself get out of bed. Make that the first accomplishment of the day 😊 give yourself credit that’s a HUGE step. And work from there. No matter how small the task even if you try to fool yourself that it’s nothing believe me ITS HUGE be PROUD OF YOURSELF 🫂🫂🫂
