Struggling with Depression: Need Help!

I'm in a depression episode and can't seem to get myself to eat or stop the negative voices screaming in my head. Any suggestions? I could really use some guidance.

As one who's also struggling with eating and negative voices, maybe starting small might help. Personally, regular meals have been quite burdensome for me. So I've been trying to at least keep myself hydrated with water or tea - any non-alcoholic beverages really.

I literally have no energy to do anything but cry in bed and stare at my ceiling. I haven't eaten in two days because i can't get myself out of bed other than to use the bathroom once.

Are you on any depression medication? I’m on Prozac and it seems to help for a lil while and then I’m back in my my depression state

No I used to be on lexapro but it didn't help much and I never got around to trying another one because I had other physical health issues that came up so I started taking a bunch of meds for that instead.
