I understand that too. I always had the same thing happen to me. I use medical cannabis and delta 8 to help me.

Been on my meds for 30 years actually but all the other ones make me nuts

Do you have a med provider or counselor you can talk to? A med change and some new coping strategies may be in order.

CBD can effect a lot of medications. It inhibits cytochrome P450 enzyme so just be careful and look up the interactions if you’re taking CBD with a medication. And with that being said look up everything that interferes with the medication (specifically the enzymes that break it down) you are taking to be on the safe side because there could be something you’re taking and unknowingly making it less effective.

I always recommend therapy if just the meds aren't working. My meds don't always do the trick if it's just them, sometimes I need to learn or practice coping skills. Also music helps me get out of a depressive episode of I love the music enough.
