I can feel my mental health slipping and I'm freaking out a bit because I went a whole year without any episodes. im burned out from school but I can't just stop, I'm still in highschool, I need to go to college but I'm so scared my depression is gonna take over my life again.

Use your school resources too! I’m a college student and my university gives me 24/7 access to free therapy appointments and on-demand counseling, but you can also get discounts on some mental health apps with school info too. I use headspace, which is mostly meditation. It’s normally $12/month but I pay $10 a year
