hello everyone I have been struggling a lot with my depression and suicidal tendencies I am not suicidal at this time but still struggle with thoughts of not being worthy or needed. I'm trying to learn different coping skills and things to help control my anger and depression. thanks in advance and also im new to this so I may struggle with fear of being rejected and not helpful
