hi, I wanted to check out this app because I am feeling really depressed. I am not intentionally trying to hurt people and I don't like violence. but I keep causing pain to someone else. I wasn't like this growing up. I've been feeling suicidal because of my tendencies. I don't want to die but I can't control this shame and guilt I just want to heal and show people that's not who I am.
