what are some ways I can do to bypass my depression moods and anxiety around family and friends I take medicine and have group therapy online but still have trouble talking and showing when I am happy. I always talk rude to others when I try to talk I am told by my loved ones but it's just how it comes out when I speak automatically louder than should be and seemingly aggressive to others at times I get really excited but never notice it until I am told from someone close to me. seeking out other advice in my ways suffering from depression and anxiety
