hi! i’m nicole. Ive struggled with depression and anxiety my whole life, but just got diagnosed recently. I don’t know what i’m doing on here but sometimes i feel very alone and i saw this ad on tiktok and thought it might help to talk to other people who know what i’m going through:)

      I suffer with anxiety and depression also. It is so hard trying to explain how I feel when my husband has no idea and thinks it's all in my head 😔
