I've been disossciating on and off for a week. Like my entire body just goes on auto pilot and my brain is elsewhere.

My ptsd has overwhelmed me so much today I’m struggling to type on my computer. I keep typing the wrong keys and making clumsy mistakes often in general. I feel like my brains just so overwhelmed it just can’t even do simple tasks!

I’m sorry you are experiencing this. I too have been struggling with the (full body) “shut down”. I know it can be SO frustrating…(often why I spend mine in what I like to call “the void” and end up sleeping for days at a time)… With the warmer weather becoming a more frequent thing these days, it’s been helpful just being outside. I also find it very grounding searching for crystals and other precious gems. You WILL come through the other side! You are a warrior! 💕

Yeah this happens to me sometimes always at the worst times when I’m at work or with family your brain just is like you are in danger and you know your not but you can’t convince yourself not control you emotions sometimes it’s easy to like talk to someone about everything you are feeling just to get it out or write it down and burn in. Listening to music always helps me watching something funny where you can’t help but laugh
