Struggling with Contacts

Has anybody here tried contacts? I honestly just couldn't get them in.

I wear mine everyday. I've been wearing them since I was in 7th grade and I don't know what I'd do without them, I honestly hate how my face looks in glasses.

same, but I only won’t wear if I’m staying home at the weekend

Love wearing my contacts just not every day

I only wear contacts for special occasions or costumes because honestly… I hate them. Maybe if I wore them more consistently I would get used to it, but idk. My prescription has changed since I got them but since I wear them so infrequently I really don’t want to spend money getting updated ones 😖

I tried them once, and panicked when I couldn't get them out on my first try a few hours after I got home on the first day 😅 Refused to touch them for over a year and by thay point my prescription had changed, so I didn't wear them again. I want to try them again though, I enjoyed them quite a bit!

I purchased a box using my expiring HRA benefit, however the optometrist never demonstrated how to apply them (a contravention of ethical treatment best practices.) I was too polite to draw attention to their medical oversight, and the box yet resides under my bathroom sink, unopened.
