i have really been struggling with pain everywhere all over my body. i’m on a prescription pain medication and it helps to some extent but it seems to pick and choose what pain it wants to help and then totally ignore the rest. does any know of good over the counter things, holistic practices(acupuncture, etc.), supplements, or even an actual medication that they would recommend? i see my pain doctor tomorrow but he’s not super friendly and i’m not sure what to tell him

Some people have found relief from acupuncture, using a TENS unit, heating pads, and pain meditation. Others have mentioned that medications like Gabapentin, low dose Naltrexone, and Percocet have provided some relief. However, it's important to note that everyone's body responds differently to treatments and what works for one person may not work for another. It's recommended to discuss these options with your doctor.
