Struggling with Chronic Pain: Seeking Advice

Hi all, first post for me sorry if it's a long one! I'm here because I'm at a bit of a loss. I have managed my conditions relatively successfully for years now, and this is the first time I'm struggling to keep a grip on my pain levels and overall health. My doctors have run out of answers for me (not that they have many to begin with) and I'm stuck in hospital waitlists. Any help for combatting high generalised pain levels is appreciated! na. Sadly it cannot be pain med/drug based preferably, I've developed a high resistance so they are mostly ineffective.

cbd always can help, combining all the basics too even if uv developed a tolerance to them. i also do dry needling which has helped manage my pain a lot but its also extremely extremely painful but after the 24hrs of soreness and pain, its really helped me loosen up

hello thank you! By needling are you referring to a form of acupuncture? Sorry not really heard the term needling before 😅 willing to try anything though!

Hi Luce, I have been going to a chiropractor for 7 years now. This has helped me manage my pain levels and keep them down. It has even helped me with my migraines. Initially, I was going twice a week, but now I go once a month, and if I am consistent with it, my pain levels remain lower. I have been advised by a family member with Fibro, who stopped all medication, to try CBD oil, just a couple of drops in your tongue a day and she states it has helped her massively since she could no longer take any drugs due to issues with her liver. I hope this helps and don't give up ❤️

thank you, I have an osteo who is coached by chiropractors so I will definitely keep that up then! And I'll get sourcing some CBD oil to try out ☺️
