Struggling with Chronic Illness

The weather is killing me!!!! I wake up and I can’t get out of bed I’m already hurting so much physically and am I the only person it affects mentally as well??? Lightheaded, emotional?? Slow moving, confused at times ugh I hate this disease!!!!

Omgggg….. I’ve had Phibro for a long time now but today has got to be one of the worst days ever I feel like I cannot even move an inch. The pain is so bad today it took me forever to get out of bed. This disease is horrible

😥 this life of autoimmune diseases sucks! We are unpredictable but are forced to just deal with it and move on! I think we all need to get together and make sure people like us are united and understood! What can we do?? Helpless feelings are the worst! 🙏 I hope you feel better soon and that you stay feeling better longer 💕 we’re all in this together 💕
