Struggling with Chronic Illness

does anyone just feel really down about their whole situation. I was diagnosed this year with my first flare-up last year and I genuinely am struggling to "look on the brightside" and "keep my chin up". I'm trying really hard to stay positive but failing miserably.

I went through this stage early n my diagnosis (2016) but I learned to change my perspective n realize that it could be much worst. Just remain your own advocate n grab the BEST doctor to help u remain stable.

I'm in pretty frequent contact with the nurses in my ms department and they've been great, I'm going through a lot of up and downs. I'm just sick of being sick
