The fatigue from my disorders is taking over my life. I’ve tried so, so many things—vitamins, yoga, walking, cymbalta—and nothing helps with the fatigue. I end up drinking too much coffee just to make it through the day. Is there something that helps you with fatigue?

I can relate... I hardly remember what it feels like to be energetic anymore. The better controlled my conditions are, the more energy I seem to have, but that is such a delicate balance. Most often I find that I need to prioritize how to spend my limited energy. If I need to do a lot of cognitively challenging tasks, I try not to overexert myself physically, socially, or emotionally. If I know I will have a physically demanding day, I anticipate that I won't necessarily be on my game cognitively and try to be judicious with when I spend that precious energy physically (e.g. sit when I can, lay down if I need to, take breaks, etc.) Not sure if any of that helps, but that's my experience and what I do to make the most of the energy I have!

I have the same issue. I was living on caffeine to make it thru the day. I’m now trying to be consistent with my supplement intake.

@1lovemyheatingp8d There’s a vegan liquid multi vitamin supplement by Mary Ruth’s that’s supposed to support women’s health. It’s pretty good along with old school liquid Geritol
