Struggling with Carvedilol Prescription for Low Ejection Fraction

I was told by my cardiologist that my ejection friction of my heart is at 40-45%. He prescribed carvedilol since then I feel breathless and more tired. It is so hard to get a hold of him.

When I was first diagnosed about 12 years ago the prescribed that too, a d it took awhile for me to get use to it. I don’t remember feeling breathless but I do remember feeling so tired
